So I cancel my plans because that is not really true. Guy comes out, he’s cool, he is thorough in his inspection and explanation of what he did, sounds great. I agree to further service the next day and he leaves. An hour later, the AC is not working. I get that mistakes happen. But EVERY time? I have had zero good experiences with them.
