Brandon came out yesterday, gave me an estimate, and inspection, and even tested my system out. We were unable to extend the life of the old system! Brandon worked hard and got me the financing and had it installed the next day! I know this is probably sheer luck to fit into their schedule this quick, but wow! There was carbon monoxide leaking in our home, which could explain why some of us had been feeling sick.\n\nThe best part is this inspection didn’t cost me a dime. It was completely free. Before finding Complete Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing, I had already paid hundreds of dollars to other companies to come out and check my AC and furnace, and none of them told me anything close to what Wyatt discovered. That really showed me the difference in honesty and effort.\n\nAfter the inspection they walked me through my options and helped with financing. I was approved and they were able to come out the very next day and install my new furnace.\n\nJoe and Israel were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked hard, installed the new unit and thermostat, removed the old furnace, and cleaned everything up when they finished. I basically answered a few questions and let them handle their job.\n\nOn top of that, they even gave me a $400 gift card, which I’ll probably use toward my utility bill.\n\nI actually found Complete Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing while scrolling on social media, and honestly that ad might have saved my whole household because of the danger our old furnace was causing. While the other company was here I asked for a replacement quote.  8500-10,100.\n\nThis is what happens with venture capitalists involved I guess.  Very disappointing and a loss of $89.\n\nUpdate:  tonight my sales rep messaged me at dinner and was condescending. While pressurering me to “start wor” he sent over an additional quote as follows.\n\n“.  ……here from complete comfort. Great meeting you today. AC & Evap coil replacement is $8800. Full system replacement is $13870(which is still a different number than presented earlier). Let me know if you want to move forward. We have a single spot open for Thursday.“\n\nI questioned the $3279 estimate and got this reply.  “ No the $3,279 quote is for repairs.”\n\nAttached are the sheets I was presented, but could not keep.\n\nThe legal notepad quotes were without warranties included.\n\nThe formal printed estimate that I rejected was where I was presented a beginning cost of $17,800.  SMH.\n\nI have since reached out to two additional organizations. And have confirmed 1\u002F2 the cost and better overall value.\n\nThis company is owned by a venture capitalists much like a similar are company (one hour).  I will allow you to determine if that is good or bad.\n\nI work for a global company in sales and have can assure you if a value of a project cannot be explained then there is no value.  If they have you focus on costs or “cheapest” accusations then run.\n\nIn recap.\n\nGet everything in writing and obtain competing quotes.  I was told they nothing would function.  And it did.
