"The visit was only to receive an estimate. However, I felt like your costs were too expensive."

"I had a shower on the second floor leaking into my living room. I hired Nick's because the company website said they did shower installations. After doing a shower pan test that caused more water damage (and I had to tell the worker to stop the test), I was informed that they do not do demolition or repair. I could have someone come out and demo the shower for me, then Nick's would come back out and install a new shower pan. After that I could hire someone to install the new shower. When asked if there was a recommended company to do the demo, the worker gave me a company that did not show up through Google. The price quoted to just do the shower pan installation was more than what I ended up paying to completely repair the shower."

"My technician did not do the job. I had a problem with the kitchen sink and faucet. My water volume was low. All he did was clean out the filter and I had already done that. He did not help and charged me $324.74. It was not just the filter. This guy did do another job for me on my water heater leak. He repaired it and he did a good job on it. He had to replace a connection. He replaced some hoses and charged me $269. He did a lot more work with the water heater."

"Exactly One week after this plumbing job was done, we started getting tripped breakers. After a month of electricians trying and failing different things, we finally traced this back to the fact that wires were running from the breakers under the house right were Nicks had some laborers digging a hole. Those wires, which used to be loose on the ground, are now buried at the plumbing work site and lines carrying 220V power were damaged and causing shorts every time it rained. So a $3000 drain blockage has turned into $6000 from people have to diagnosis this and run new lines."

"I contacted Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Services, Inc. to have them look into what the problem could be and to fix a blockage. They came out and they did a clean out and they said that everything was ok now and they also replaced the cleanout head. It literally took them less than an hour to do this They left and said that everything was fine, but we still continued to have the problem, so we called them back to have them come back out and look at what the problem could be. The drain was still running low. They came back and put a camera in, told me the pipe is broken, then he gave me the charge for using the camera. I asked him if it is broken what would it charge to have it repaired. He gave me a quote, I then asked if I would get anything back from them coming out previously and not correcting the actual problem. He was upset after asking and told me that I had to pay. He got upset and left. I had another service completed and there was actually no broken pipe. Where they fixed the clean out, it was actually stuck and that is what was causing the issue. Because the problem was at the main sewage line, I did not have to pay for it because the city is actually responsible for paying for that. I think every plumbing company should be aware of the laws and what is the homeowner's responsibility and the city."

"Absolutely wonderful experience.I had been out of town for several days only to come home to water dripping into my beautiful living room.A pipe had burst in my attic..well, you know the havoc that can cause. I immediately called Nick's and requested (and received) an emergency status consideration.Mind you this was on a Friday afternoon ! Two wonderful young men came into my home, went into the attic, and took photos on their phone to show me what had happened.They gave me a very fair price and proceeded to repair my problem...didn't have to go to Home Depot and all that baloney to get the needed material to do the job. They were in and out within an hour and a half ! They also showed me the pipe that had ruptured and hauled it away for me.I tell ya' what.. the Good Lord & NICKS PLUMBING were on my side for that fiasco !!! Very highly recommended for all plumbing needs. Patrick Hambri"
