Chesney and Nick, the installation crew, were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with our repair. They provided detailed explanations for every step and process in their work. They both had a postive attitude and were pleasant to talk to. Daniel was our first point of contact. He arrived at 4pm and stayed late to diagnose our issue, and also fix problems we were unaware of. He was also extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We are very satisfied with our experience and service provided. We would definitely recommend Howze for any plumbing issues.

We had Howze Plumbing come out to repair a small leak. The leak itself was fixed, but when the job was completed, I discovered that our recirculating pump was no longer working. The pump had been working perfectly fine the day before. I called the company but did not receive a callback. The following morning, they sent a plumber out to look at the issue. I was told that the pump had simply gone out at the same time the leak was repaired—a pretty big coincidence considering it was working without any issues before their visit. They came back with a repair quote of approximately $2,000. I then did my own research and found the same replacement part at Home Depot for around $300 and at Lowe’s for about $409. Their price for what appears to be a widely available part was over $600. Needless to say, we decided not to move forward with the repair. I understand that companies have overhead and labor costs, and I don't expect anyone to work for free, but the overall experience, lack of communication after the initial call, the timing of the pump failure, and the pricing left me with serious concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that homeowners in the Keller area get a second opinion and compare prices before moving forward with any major repair from Howze Plumbing.

We came home from a vacation to a leak and all the damage that came along with it. We are newer to Texas and called Howze Plumbing. They have been amazing through everything. We have had Daniel out and he’s professional, explains everything, keeps you in the loop as things are moving along. We had another issue today (Old Home) and they got someone out same day to help us resolve it ASAP. I will be recommending these guys to anyone and everyone with a Plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Howze plumbing and I will definitely use them again in the future. Chesney was very personable and knowledgeable about helping me identify where I had a leak at my home. He was able to narrow down where my problem was quickly and eliminate any other possible leaks with a pressure test. I also enjoyed the other helpful plumbing tips he gave me while he was here. Thank you for th excellent service!

Very professional and quick to respond. Communication was excellent. The process of getting gas service after the service had been off for a year required having a professional test the system with permits and then have the county come inspect it before I could get the gas company to start service. Something i wasn't used to being in Florida. Chance, the technician, took care of that, he replaced a couple of old 1970's valves and tested the system and it was all good. He did the work quickly and kept me informed with the county inspection and what I needed to do once it passed. Being out of state, he sent me many photos of his work. The system passed and my service was easy to get started. I recommend them highly.
