"Superior Plumbing Service came out for a service call. They charged me $89. The young man who came, looked at the box with the parts and told me I had to order more parts, that not all the parts were there to do the service. He told me what parts I needed to order off of Amazing. He never once opened the box to look in it. If he had done that and pulled the paper out, he would have seen all the parts were there. Superior Plumbing Service were going to charge $450 to install a simple shower head. That seemed a little high. I had another company come in. That technician actually opened the box. He told me all parts were there and was able to do the installation. The parts were there all along. Also, the young man from Superior Plumbing Service told me he would leave me a receipt via email for the service call. He never emailed me the receipt. The other company, that I got to install my shower head, charged me less than half what Superior Plumbing Service was going to charge me."

"They came out and ended up charging $90 to have the disposal unjammed. It cost me like $230 to have it fixed and it was jammed with a wire. They approach problems with disposals with one charge despite how simple it is to get it done."

"I had a great experience with them working on my hot water heater. I had them come upstairs to look at our bathroom as well and he said we had an overflow problem. That was not the case and we repaired the tub ourselves. They did a poor job investigating the job. I have always used them. They do an excellent job and the and follow up was excellent, but I don't think they wanted to cut the ceiling to do the repair upstairs. That just seemed lazy."
