We just had foundation repair completed by Olshan. We live in the Bay Glen subdivision. John our sales rep, Ruben the project supervisor, Roland the production manager, and all the workers Nery, Uvalde, Luis, Ongel, and Elben were the most wonderful people to work with. They were friendly, professional, and personable. They answered all our questions during the process, did everything to preserve our landscape (no plants were lost), and explained everything to us as they worked. The project was completed in three days and when they left at the end of the project, you would never know they had been to the house. Our neighbors even commented at what a great job they saw them do and how great our yard looked when they left. No sign that they had even done the repair. We highly recommend Olshan for your foundation repair. They may cost a little more than their competitors, but they are worth every penny spent.

Highly professional and very knowledgeable of foundation work. Not happy with them taking out bushes and replacing and now they are dead. Using my electricity for their equipment and now I have high electric bill with along with replacement of two planrs. Don't forget I also had to pay for the work. Not a Happy camper

I wanted to share my positive experience with Olshan Foundation. Tracy Drain was exceptionally informative and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully listen to our concerns and thoroughly inspect the building cracks we were experiencing. Tracy demonstrated extensive knowledge in her field and communicated her findings clearly and effectively. Her attention to detail and willingness to address all of our questions made the experience very reassuring. I would highly recommend the Olshan Team for foundation services. Their professionalism and expertise are truly commendable.

I had Olshan come in to do a drainage system around the perimeter of my house and it turned out absolutely amazing! I just want to thank Villi Gomez and his team (Dennison, Milton, Martin, Neri, and Kelvin Martinez) for the hard work that they did during the week. I appreciate every single one of these workers as they work tremendous hours outside in the Houston heat. Please if you have them come do an outside project, show gratitude to them with the small things to keep them cool during their working hours. These men did such a wonderful job! Thank YOU!
