We also learned that our basement was incredibly humid, and that the existing sump pump just plain didn't work.\n\nFrom the initial visit with Deb, to the installation of supplemental beams, smart jacks, dehumidifier and sump pump (by Cristian, Cory, and JB), to the aux wall prep and pour and additional beam and jacks (by Jesse and Nick's teams), it was a VERY smooth process all the way through! Every team that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Our install manager, Nate, was incredibly kind and was an amazing guide throughout the journey. Both he and Deb checked in on us multiple times along the way (the process lasted about 6 months, due to permits and some prerequisite work needed by a plumber and National Grid).
