He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time.\n\nThank you for making this so easy for us.  We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) We now can safely walk into the shower that has a bench seat, handrail, shelf, adjustable height shower head\u002Fhandheld sprayer, and a curved shower curtain bar - no more glass doors that require squeegees (thank goodness)  and great airflow. Sam bent over backwards to make sure all was right. We went through some shower conversion companies to get bids that make car sales people look tame and gentle. Very high pressure sales tactics from those companies but for the initial meeting with Austen right on down to Sam the production  manager and then to our installers Dale and Isaiah the entire experience was great and the workmanship just totally awesome.\nDale and Isaiah have such a wonderful eye and ability for detail.
