Home Concepts Custom Remodeling

We have lived in this house in Sedona, AZ for over 16 years and couldn't wait to get rid of our nasty tub/shower with glass doors! It was a hard water stained mess that looked horrible and was embarrassing. We just had a brand new walk-in shower installed by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling and couldn't be happier!!! It's gorgeous!!!! Our sales rep, Scott, was so easy to work with, and installation took place a little over 2 weeks later. We received a confirmation call from the company letting us know that the materials were ordered, and they arrived even earlier than expected. We didn't have to call anyone to find out what was going on. They were on it!! Our construction worker, Dale, was friendly and right on time. He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time. Thank you for making this so easy for us. We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) It was a lot of money for us, but we decided it was worth it. And we plan on staying in this house forever. We now can safely walk into the shower that has a bench seat, handrail, shelf, adjustable height shower head/handheld sprayer, and a curved shower curtain bar - no more glass doors that require squeegees (thank goodness) and great airflow. Their products feature Microban, an antibacterial protection that we considered another plus. All in all, a great experience, and we are very happy with our new walk-in shower!

Brandon did a wonderful job of replacing our old fiberglass tub/shower with a new walk-in shower in our tiny bathroom. And it was done in less time than expected! We are very happy with his work, and would happily use his services again! Austen and Sam were really helpful on choosing materials and at a price we could afford. Would definitely recommend Home Concepts!

We had an amazing experience with Home Concepts Custom Remodeling on our custom shower install. Jake Miller made the design process simple and stress-free, guiding us through every option with professionalism. The real star was Pedro, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail turned our vision into reality. The shower looks incredible, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom!

We recently used Home Concepts to replace our shower in our home. We were very happy with the entire process, beginning with Candice, our design consultant and ending with the installation by Joe. Everything was very professionally done on time. We were also pleased with how clean everything was upon completion.

Dale and Isaiah were absolutely the very best craftsmen/tradesmen I have seen in many decades. They are both a 10. The great length they went to to cover our floors entering the house into the bathroom, the meticulous detail they gave to everything was beyond compare. They gave up their weekend to make sure our job went great and on time. Home Concepts and Remodeling are 100% top notch. Their salesman Austen and the production manager Sam are awesome as well. Sam bent over backwards to make sure all was right. We went through some shower conversion companies to get bids that make car sales people look tame and gentle. Very high pressure sales tactics from those companies but for the initial meeting with Austen right on down to Sam the production manager and then to our installers Dale and Isaiah the entire experience was great and the workmanship just totally awesome. Dale and Isaiah have such a wonderful eye and ability for detail. We're so glad we went with Home Concepts Custom Remodeling! We highly recommend this company.
