We love our new remodel which includes the shower surround, bathtub insert, and new fixturesl!!! The shower/bath look brand new and will last another 50 years. The quality of the product is great and installation went smoothly. Our technician was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to work with. Our sales rep presented the product accurately, was very patient to answer questions, and was also very pleasant to work with. Thank you Bathfitters for a great product and great experience!!

Bath Fitter was an absolute lifesaver for us. We recently bought our home and quickly discovered major issues with the shower. It had been drywalled without tile and was already showing water damage, so this was a necessary upgrade, not just a cosmetic one. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, kind, and truly understanding of our limited budget. They walked us through realistic options without pressure and helped us feel confident in the decision. On installation day, they removed the damaged drywall and completed the entire install in just one day. The process was seamless and honestly enjoyable to watch. We love the new fixtures, shelving, and the overall look. The beautiful glass door is not pictured, but it absolutely completes the space. We cannot believe we did not have to remodel the entire bathroom to get results like this. The finished shower looks better than we ever imagined, and the quality is excellent. We are extremely happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone dealing with shower issues or looking for a smart, efficient upgrade.

These folks are the absolute best! We had an old tub removed and a new shower installed where it used to be. The entire process from start to finish was EXCELLENT! The consultant who came to our house went over everything with me, and he made all of the measurements etc. for the project. He was very patient and professional. On the day of installation, the installer arrived at 9:00 AM, and he was completed at 5:00 PM. He cleaned up everything, and the quality of his workmanship is way above par. We love our shower!! I am a veteran and I have mobility issues, so this shower has changed my life so much - positively for sure!!! Everything about our new shower is fantastic. The water controls, the shower head controls, the safety grab handles, and the corner shelves are fantastic!! The sliding glass doors are awesome, and there is so much more room in there than we ever had with the old tub shower. I can't recommend these folks enough!!! If you need a walk-in shower where you currently have a tub, PLEASE use this company. You will be glad you did - I guarantee it!!

I had my bath tub update in an outdated condo that I bought last fall. This is my second time to use Bath Fitter service. Each time, I was amazed how easy it was to get it done. Designing and measuring for a couple of hours, then installing was done in 3 hours! Bath Fitter was efficient, through, and required minimum cleaning by yours truly compared to the other contractors and services that I used for this condo. The staff whom I interacted were nice and friendly. I recommend Bath Fitter 100%!

Last week Bath Fitter expanded and remodeled the shower in our 54 year old home. We previously used Bath Fitter in July to remodel our guest bathroom and cover our existing tub. We requested Joe once again to do our primary bathroom remodel because of his previous excellent work. Working with Bath Fitter is a pleasure and by far the best company we have ever dealt with. Phone calls are returned promptly. Schedules are communicated and workers arrive on time. John, Joe, Josh, Jaetric and everyone who we had contact with were professional and do their jobs well. We are very happy with the work they did on both our bathrooms and highly recommend Bath Fitter.
