"With all the steaks that were made, I would be very hesitant to give a good review due to the issues that I had. $22,000 was a very high price to pay for an inferior product and the salesman did a poor job of expressing my wishes as to what I wanted. I had really wanted the barn doors. He missed March everything and I had to wait for a month and a half to get anything rectified you may not want to publish this. You look good on TV, but the practical application at least for me was not up to my standards."

"I am just realizing right now, and I have the sliding door and shower beautiful, but how am I supposed to clean it? They didn't give me a showerhead I can spray. It is just a shower, so do I bring in a pail? I think if they had given me a showhead I could pull down and spray it, and it would make a difference, but they did not. I didn't realize I would need that only after a couple of showers. What should I use, or not use?"

"We had our shower put in in October. It has been leaking ever since. They have been back numerous times and said the leak is fixed. The water runs onto the floor. Each worker that comes blames the prior worker for not doing things right.My husband noticed that the doors were not properly installed. Someone came last Wednesday and agreed and said they would return this Monday. Never saw or heard from anyone. I’m tired of calling weekly to get this issue resolved. I will admit the lady who answers my call is very nice and does respond back. The sales rep had to reschedule his visit then his measurements were wrong. On the day of installation they could not put the shower in because it was the wrong size. That had to be rescheduled."

It doesn’t reflect any dissatisfaction with the process or the result. We’re happy campers, just occupied with other goings-on. And with taking lots of showers. We’ve been very pleased with every step of the process from start to finish. We’ve only needed to make a few major renovations at this or any home we’ve lived in, and so were nervous about undertaking a project like this. You and your contractors put our nerves at rest. Many thanks to you personally for all your help along the way. From our first discussions at the kitchen table, you explained the many choices available and took us to a design we’d hoped for. You patiently explained the various financing options and helped us find an approach that fit our means. When we pulled the fast one on you late in the game (addition of a downpayment), you walked us through a process that should make that happen. We hope to receive from Service Finance soon a document that reflects the change in our Agreement. We were equally impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Jacuzzi’s installation contractors. They arrived exactly when promised and with the materials needed for the work. They worked quickly and efficiently with no interruption of things going on around them. Even the cats. They answered our questions and explained the few follow-up things we needed to do after they were back on the road. They cleaned up every smudge the work created and carried away every scrap of project waste. We’d welcome those boys back for any future job of its kind. So please accept our thanks for taking us just where we’d hoped to go. We’d recommend in a moment the service provided by Jacuzzi to anyone with a project like ours. "For the cost of the premium installation, there should be more modern options to the shower head choices, very basic, not impressed. Installation left plastic and metal debris from the trimming and cutting on our lawn and driveway, had to pull metal shards out of car tires, dog ate some plastic trim that was in grass. Finish looks good, not sure the longevity of the installation, large gaps in all wall pieces and trim are filled with large amounts of silicone, not as tight of a build quality i was expecting. Some pieces were not in order and they had to change some of the installation process. Just ok , not impressed at all."

One thing I didn't like was that we weren't notified until the day of the install that the glass was not sent correctly. They gave us a shower rod, and we had to buy a hook because of their neglect. They ordered the wrong size, and we had to wait two weeks to get the right one."
