"Communication was not good. The woman who answered the phone was not a nice person to work with. She had a smart answer for everything. She did not give me some dates, but argued with me that she did. The first person you communicate with at a business should be extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. Every time you called, she acted like she was being bothered. Always had the attitude that she was right and there was no talking to her. David is a very nice person. Most of the work he did was great. Promised us some things, like under cabinet lights, but when the time came to order everything, he said "Sorry we can't do them". He even came to our house and measured everything. What kind of business is that. He also told us one start date that was totally wrong. We were forced to take a different date that was not good for us. If we didn't take that day, the woman ( sorry I don't know her name) said we would wait months. It was not a good experience."
