"Overall, Lux Renovations did an excellent job on our basement installation. The install crew was polite, prompt, friendly, and detail oriented. We love how the basement turned out. The install crew was very receptive to feedback when we reviewed progress and saw something we wanted changed or fixed. One small point for improvement for Lux would just be a bit more communication during the whole process. There were times when communication was good and other times where I hadn't heard from them for longer than I expected (where I thought they would get back to me in a day or two, or whatever the timeline was, and it didn't happen), and had to chase them down a bit to get an answer. Not a big deal, ultimately we were very happy with how the basement came out and I would use them again."

It was not clear, as to what they were doing, and things were done I did now know about. He also never gave me my original plot plan. They covered up my heating system in my basement. I was not happy with how they did my basement."
