I expected a copy of what I signed to be emailed to me, but it never was. As a result, I do not have my own copy of the document showing what was presented to me and agreed upon at the time of sale. **If you sign anything electronically, insist on receiving a copy before the representative leaves.**\n\nI called and spoke directly with Mike, the General Manager, explained everything that had happened, and was told he would investigate and get back to me. Despite my follow-up attempts, Mike has not returned my calls or provided a resolution.\n\nTo be fair, the electricians who actually performed the work are not the reason for this review.
