We recently moved into our condo and quickly realized the air conditioning wasn’t maintaining the proper temperature. After calling Cool Air, we were able to get an appointment without a long wait, which I really appreciated. Xavier H. came out to evaluate the system and was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. He quickly identified the issue, explained what was going on, and was able to get the unit working properly again. It was such a relief to have the problem handled efficiently, especially so soon after moving in. We had a great experience and will definitely be calling Cool Air again for future maintenance or any other A/C needs.

Highly recommend Cool Air Company! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and proactive about getting me scheduled as soon as possible. They also quickly provided the COI and all the certifications my building association required, which made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciated that they were upfront about their pricing before doing any work—no hidden fees, no surprises. Mike, the technician, was great. He was knowledgeable , professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing during the service. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Cool Air USA is the best HVAC company bc they perform top rate services at reasonable prices. Their technician, Michael D, is an expert. He created a return box using wood and cleaned the AC coils, both of which required a deinstall and reinstall of my AC. He also replaced a defective duct in my attic. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I am so happy that all came out great. I would recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment with Cool Air USA to upgrade our thermostat, including the installation of a C wire. Our HVAC technician, Cedric, was on time, had an excellent amount of knowledge, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the encounter. Cool Air USA prices were reasonable for Miami-Dade County, and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

We just received a complete service for our two units performed by Lior from cool Air USA. We are extremely satisfied with the service as he was so professional, took the time to explain to us everything and came up with a plan that really solved our immediate needs. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest company and technicians that you can really trust, we will for sure keep working with them on the future .
