The tech called when he was on his way. He was extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge of the problem and explanation of the cause. Very very satisfied with him. He's a good reflection of your company and the type of people representing you.

We had a repair and estimate for new ac. Lewis was super nice and informative on new ac unit. Dylan came and was very knowledgeable, gave us lots of information and fixed our ac. Determined issue right away and after 2 days of sweating we are cooling off finally. Also a plus was the fact that they came out immediately. Shawna in the office was also very nice and helpful! We purchased add on such as UV light and Reme Halo as well.

Just had service done by Billfish Air. Very great experience. I highly recommend this family owned company. They sent me Angel Cabrera. Very respectful, helpful, attentive, honest, kind and decent. Showed up as promised, introduced himself politely, asked if he needed to take off his shoes, very respectful and decent. Took care of everything, took his time to answer questions and made sure everything was working well. 10/10 🙌🏼

We paid BillFish airconditioning $10,873.00 to install our AC units 7/15/24 We paid BillFish Air Conditioning a total of $2744.00 for a ten year warranty on all there installed products. We also paid them $1236.00 for a REME HALO whole home air purifier, including 2 year cell warranty and 5 year ballast warranty installed on 5/22/26. It lasted five months and failed. Today, 10/13/26 they sent a repairman to see the trouble, who verified that the part is not working. That trip cost us $85.00. They want to charge us another $360.00 to install the defectiove product that takes 5 minutes to install and is covered in our warranty. They justify this by claiming that they are not responsible for installing the product since it is not theirs to begin with. SO WHY DO THEY SELL IT? I called and refused to pay any more for the product. Every business that participates in this kind of grift should be avoided. Unfortunately every business seems to refuse to stand behind there product and once again capitalism creates corruption. My question is simple. Is there anything that is truly guaranteed in a capitalist world? Capitalism fails to take responsibility for failures.

We chose Billfish AC in Stuart to install a brand-new AC system for our home in Palm City and couldn’t be more pleased. We’d received quotes from two other local companies but chose them based on their expertise and proposal. We initially met their service tech Lewis who was very knowledgeable and professional; and he kept in touch with us. He gave us several recommendations on the system and made suggestions to improve some faulty ducts to improve air flow, which had been a problem in the past with our home; and a quote on adding two return air ducts to bring us up to code. On the day of installation, Faustino and his team did an impressive job and left the home spotless. And they finished the new system install and duct improvements in just under 7 hours. That evening we were amazed with the quiet and overall improvement to comfort, which had been missing with our old system. Everyone we met, in person and on the phone (they actually have helpful people that answer the phone), were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Billfish AC.
