I know it’s an older unit (r-22) and the relay in the air handler had burned. I discussed with Omar and we came to the conclusion that it would be best to replace the entire system. I met with Chris a few hours later at the property and I decided to go with a Carrier system that has a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a good price that also included a free duct cleaning and an upgraded WiFi thermostat, also the repair cost to get the unit working was waived.
