They claimed that the $500 was for labor only and did not include the cost of the motor. $500 labor for 4-5 total manhours of actual labor to remove and install is unreasonable. The manager i spoke with, Lloyd, was inflexible and unapologetic. He claimed that because i did not give 1-Hour the annual maintenance work that he will not help me on the labor cost. I explained to him that i indeed do the maintenance but through another company but he wanted to argue with me and kept cutting me off and down. He was brash, gruff and unwilling to consider that i gave 1-Hour the installation business (cost was almost $8K dollars). I will NEVER look to 1-Hour for ANYTHING ever again. I will use John Moore.
