Scheduled an appointment online was immediately canceled, contacted support and spoke to a representative directly who updated the appointment and confirmed same day for between 6pm to 10pm. Continued to follow up to ensure that my appointment was still happening and their AI continously claims that my appointment is happening. Now all of the sudden my appointment is unconfirmed and I'm left without a solution to the ac issues. Updated review: Technicians came out and went above and beyond to ensure strong service and helpful and knowledgeable repairs were made. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and completed repairs in an efficient and quick manner. Couldn't have asked for better service. Louis was awesome highly recommended! Updated for a third time: its sad to say that the only part of this experience has been how dedicated and helpful the technician Louis has been as it would appear he's the only actual human working at delair since the AI system repeatedly refuses to let me speak to someone and I cannot get a call back regarding the fact that I am now having to operate my ac with a major back up still that is causing damage to my ceiling even after spending nearly $500 on draining and repair. What's the point of signing up for a membership if ill never be able to talk to a real person especially after a repair begins to cause more damage.

Riley and Michael just finished the preventive maintenance service on my HVAC unit. They checked both the air conditioning and heating system. Riley was very detailed and is a highly skilled HVAC tecchnician. Michael was very personable and professional and explained various options to lower my electric bill without any pressure sales tactics. Riley and Michael were both very personable and helpful and I will request them for my next service call. They did an awesome job and I am completely satisfied. Five stars across the board!

Jerry worked on maintenance on my two whole house (upstairs & downstairs) Air conditioners and he did an outstanding job. He has years of experience and was very helpful in making suggestions about my AC. I will definitely utilize Jerry and Del Air in the future as they did an amazingly efficient job.Jerry installed two hospital grade UV lights and even cleaned it before installing them! I highly recommend Jerry and Del Air ! Jerry is a very knowledgeable, respectful and kind man! Del Air is indeed fortunate to have him and Omar on their staff! Also it is important to note that Omar was also outstanding. His help made the project move smoothly and efficiently! As a team they worked in synch to get the job done well! Dr. Nick

Jacob was very helpful and answered all my questions fully. He serviced my indoor and outdoor units, putting my fear of potential issues to rest. We discussed my options for a mold issue and he provided clear next steps and set me up for a UV light system to be installed. He made me feel at ease and not like I was being ripped off. Very good service, I hope he’s my guy for my next maintenance appointment!

I had a great experience with my A/C technician , Deshaun. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for A/C service or repairs.
