I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and tried the usual DIY methods to clear what I thought was a blocked sewer line. Joe Ellerd (lead technician) and Chris Beatty from Wirenut solved my problem. It turned out to be a broken sewer line. They had to remove a section of the concrete bathroom floor to expose the break in the sewer line, previously inserting a camera in the line only showed a lot of dirt blocking the way. (See the attached photos.) With the concrete and covering dirt removed, the actual pipe repair was completed quickly. They replaced the pipe with new line from the toilet flange to the break then covered the line with the removed dirt and fresh concrete. Joe came back the next day to reset the toilet on the new flange and run a camera down the line to check for any blockage. The line was clear. Great work, Joe and Chris. I'm a very satisfied Wirenut customer!

Carl, Josh, Juan and Joshua. Did a few different services for me today. Great customer service. Respected my property and explained my questions. The only negative is that it shouldn't cost $180 to replace a toilet shut off valve that literally takes 10 or so minutes, if that, to do. But other than that. I'm good with the services provided. The 4 stars is only for the price of the shut off valve. But everyone was great

A burst faucet on a holiday weekend was my literal nightmare but Josiah got us squared away quickly and without any stress! He was great about laying out expectation and delivered exactly what he said. Wonderful customer service! I also appreciated having a tech same day that could get the job done from start to finish!

Carter did an excellent job installing our pendant hanging light. He was very friendly, efficient, and worked quickly while still making sure everything was done right. The installation looks great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and how easy he was to work with. Highly recommend Carter if you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled!

Great customer service and professional work. Chance Seymour conducted a thorough inspection of our home’s electrical system and identified areas with safety risk. He ensured I understood WireNut’s recommendations and the reason for specific updates. The, Dylan Jackman led another electrician and completed the contracted work. Dylan was great about explaining each day’s work product and the progress being made. He was quick to assist with any of our questions and go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the project. Highly recommend this team!
