Long story short. I wrote a long explanation, but somehow it was lost when I tried to upload photos. A simple brush out of this supposed P trap that passed inspection. Told there is a better one with a see through more traditional P trap design that can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes. Showed a photo of it. HD had no clue about such a product. Called A and A twice in two days hoping to get a link sent via tzt. Nothing.....crickets. In researching it on my own, found the product and ordered one to install. First of all, if such a quick and easy problem solving situation, why not install that when putting the unit in? Why not inform the homeowner what to look for in the future. Puddlung on the floor, shutting the unit off to prevent water damage, and sweating it out in 98 degree heat for 5 days until they could service it is what irked me. Over $100 for a 3 to 5 minute service call and then informed what the problem was? As homeowners we are barraged with upkeep and chores. This one could have been a tiny one with some upfront coaching on such an expensive unit. A small bit of education at the beginning and what to look for would do wonders for future business. Our technician was thoughtful, helpful and kind, but overall dissatisfied with communication and help from A and A. We'll see if we stay with them. There are other competitors out there and word of mouth is key. Thank you.

This was my first time buying an air conditioner unit from this company and they completely exceeded my expectations. From the initial contact to the final walkthrough, the customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to answer my questions. Evan, the estimator was wonderful and explaining everything. No added fees to their advertise price. The installers were really good, spent six hours Installing the air conditioner and all the extras needed to get it working. Great company. Highly recommend them.

They did this in one day only a day after we ordered the new unit. This was a new install. The salesman and installers were very professional. They did a great job and charged thousands less than 3 other companies I got quotes from to do the same thing. This was a complete install not just a replacement. While they were installing the unit they found an issue with my humidifire and fixed it for free while they waited for the electrician. This is the company I will use for all my HVAC needs from now on.

I was concerned about a 5ft long white leakage stain, originating from my furnace. Alberto said it was most likely the condensate pump but, after testing it, said it was working fine, to call them if it happened again and they would replace it. They installed my furnace and a/c two years ago and I have been well pleased with their performance.
